  • If your goods are unwanted but still in a re-sellable condition, you have 30 days from receipt of your goods to send these items back to us for a refund or if after 30 days, we are only able to offer an exchange. All goods must be unused and in original packaging upon return. We cannot refund any goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession.

    Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange the shipping on unwanted items. We are not responsible for any return costs on unwanted goods.
  • We offer a next day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently held in stock at our distribution warehouse. Available delivery options will appear once you have calculated your delivery post code on stage 2 of the checkout. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 2pm.

    We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.
  • Our payment options include all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and Klarna.
  • Our items have a Dimensions tab on each specific product page which will give you an accurate scale of the product. If dimensions are unavailable on a product, please contact us via email at info@nswplumbingsupplies.store or alternatively via Live Chat.
  • Promotion discount codes are entered on the bottom right-hand side of the basket page.

If you happen to reside in an area that is considered to be ‘remote’ by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges.Remote Areas:

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. Larger orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote. The quote will be made available to you within 24 hours. Our trade team will contact you to discuss this. Smaller orders will calculate automatically.

If you do not see your location or country listed in the checkout process, we may still be able to ship to you. Please drop us an email at info@nswplumbingsupplies.store and include your Unique Basket Code (click ‘Save & Email Basket’ in the My Basket page to generate this) and Location.

Further Information

Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £499 (note: some exclusions apply). Please enter your delivery postcode into the ‘Calculate Delivery’ form during the checkout process for more information).

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order.

All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.

Next Working Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 2pm for a next day service. Please note: For a Next Day Saturday service, goods should be ordered by 2pm. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 2pm.

Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day on which they require their goods to be delivered; this service is not available on all locations or types of delivery.
